Service Description

Sessions consist of a combination of Therapeutic and Swedish Relaxation Massage. Therapeutic Massage uses slow, deep guided strokes that gradually increase to firm pressure to help increase ROM, release muscle pain and soreness. Swedish Relaxation Massage, is your “classic” massage that aims to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, enhance mental clarity. Sessions can also include: cupping, fascia blasting, and warm bamboo cane per clients discretion at no additional cost.
